Anyone purchasing the Diamante will not be able to have your local Authorized Service Provider perform any service to your writer. Stenograph doesn’t plan on certifying any ASP’S for this writer. All Diamante’s will need to be shipped to the Factory for repair and service until Stenograph provides certification and training for your local service providers. This will leave you without your machine for weeks at a time.
