All cleanings include diagnostic and mechanical testing to ensure that all functions are working properly before the dis-assembly process. After passing all tests the machine is disassembled, then receives a chemical wash of the mechanical chassis, replacement of a parts kit (which are listed below for Stentura machines) plus any worn springs and screws. Lubrication and alignment of chassis to factory specifications, adjustment of the contact plate assembly, and finished up with a cleaning of the plastic shell and complete bench testing of all electronic and mechanical functions.

SHOP REPAIR RATES

• Main P.C. Board Repair is a flat rate of $150.00 Plus any required parts.
• Labor is $75.00/hr. Plus any required parts.
• After 1 hr. additional labor is billed in 10 min. increments.
• Repair estimates are furnished upon request.
• Estimate repair refusal charge is $75.00 plus return shipping and insurance.
• Installation of wide keys is $10.00 per set plus the cost of the keys.
• Usual turnaround time is 2 business days unless prior arrangements have been made.
• 24 hour turnaround is available at additional cost.
• Weekend service is available at additional cost.
• Expedited service for contract customers.
