Northeast Steno is ASP certified by Stenograph for all models (except the Diamante) and continues to attend all recertification training programs.
We have a very fast turnaround time (usually 2 business days). No more waiting weeks or more for the factory.
With more than 20 years of service experience you know your machine will be repaired right the first time.
During the cleaning process, the machine chassis receives a chemical wash to remove all the old oil and grease where others may only add lubrication to specific points on the chassis.
We recycle all cleaning solvents with Safety Kleen Corp. This may cost us a little more but we feel our environment is worth it.
