Basic Plan (without Loaner)
• Covers any necessary parts except pads, accessories, paper tray, batteries, ribbons and other consumable items.
• Covers labor costs for repair.
• Available software updates during contract period.
• Free shipping of machine back to you after repair.
• Does not include cleaning, refurbishment or pad replacement.

*Renewal price for those with active protection plans. All others will be subject to an additional $100 to the stated renewal price. Prices are for élan and Stentura Fusion machines in North America. There is a $300.00 surcharge on new protection plans for writing machines with pre-existing problems and may be required to purchase the most extensive contract to bring the machine back to factory specifications. Issues that occur that are in part the result of not having properly maintained the machine may not be covered even if the writer is under contract.
