Northeast Steno

I have known David since his days at Larkin Associates. He has taken excellent care of my steno machines in a timely manner. He has always been there for me - even in an emergency. TODAY- during the middle of a deposition my disk drive froze and I couldn't do anything about it but to continue with the job and hope for the best. I called David and he calmed me down and made himself available. Within a half hour of my arrival he had retrieved my notes on another disk and SAVED THE DAY.
